Dr. Ian Reight is a general surgeon with decades of experience in patient care, surgical leadership, and hospital administration. Throughout his medical career, he has served in several leadership roles including Medical Staff President, Chief of Surgery, Medical Director of a Breast Center, Medical Director of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, and Lead Surgeon for robotic surgery initiatives. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Reight began his path in public service as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic before pursuing medicine. He earned a psychology degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and later completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical University of the Americas. Known for his calm leadership style and patient-centered approach, Dr. Reight continues to focus on medicine, surgical innovation, and mentorship within healthcare environments.
